2. Technical operation
This website is delivered using Cloudflare Workers with static assets (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Technical connection data, including IP address, requested URL, time, and browser and device information, are processed when the site is accessed. This serves delivery and security of the site; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare operates a global network. Processing outside the European Economic Area is possible. For international transfers Cloudflare identifies, among other safeguards, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; its Data Processing Addendum addresses processing on behalf of customers. Retention of technical data depends on its purpose and Cloudflare’s contractual and privacy terms. This static website does not operate its own server logging or visitor profiles. 3. Contact by email
When you email us, we process your address, message content and other information you provide to handle and answer your enquiry. Gmail, a Google email service, is currently used for this purpose. Emails may be processed on Google systems outside the European Economic Area. See the Google privacy policy and its information on international transfers. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps/contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication). We delete general enquiries no later than twelve months after the conversation ends, unless statutory retention obligations or ongoing claims require longer storage. Business and tax-relevant correspondence is retained for the legally required period.
4. Cookies, analytics, and embeds
As delivered, this website uses no analytics or advertising services, third-party fonts, externally loaded videos, or cookies. Switching languages does not store a preference. Any future embedded video or other service requires this notice to be updated before activation and may require consent.
5. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent with future effect. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
